FOUNDER

Mike who founded the Skills Academy has worked as the main football choreographer for Adidas on many of their football shoots . He has also worked closely with many of the worlds top footballers including Messi, Ronaldo, and Salah, among others. Mike is UEFA qualified and has played Futsal as an England International.

BOOKINGS AND ADMINISTRATION MANAGER

Nancy joined our team in 2018. She handles all of the day to day administration in our office, ensuring that school staff are kept up to date with our coaches and their safeguarding records. Nancy handles everything to do with bookings and is a very popular member of our team, both with parents and school staff due to her reputation of being highly efficient and professional in her role. 

HEAD OF COACH DEVELOPMENT AND SESSION PLANNING

Baris is a highly qualified and experienced coach who joined our team in 2023 to oversee the development of the coaches and to plan for the delivery of all clubs, camps and PE at schools. Baris is an academy coach at Millwall FC and he has many years experience leading PE at Primary schools. Our coaches are well aware of the credentials Baris has and they look up to him as an expert in his field. 

PA TO DIRECTOR AND ACCOUNTS MANAGER

Hayley has been in her role for over 6 years and she is responsible for all invoicing and accounts. She works closely with our Managing Director to ensure that day to day tasks are being met and that processes are in place. Many of our customers are also familiar with Hayley because she has led check ins at many of our holiday camps over the years. 

DIGITAL MARKETING APPRENTICE

Pav has taken on the role of digital marketing and his experience with filming promos for gyms has benefitted our advertising with some exciting new videos and photography. He has developed a good understanding of what we offer and has even assisted at sessions.
